sunny afternoon kids is a sustainable australian made children's clothing label founded in 2015.

we offer minimalistic yet versatile essentials made only with the highest quality natural fibres. always natural, organic where possible, no nasties. GOTS or Oeko-Tex 100 certified. fully breathable and gentle even on sensitive skin, our fabrics offer a good coverage for sun protection. 

our garments feature predominantly a relaxed and unrestrictive fit intended to be layered up or down to work across seasons and also to increase their fit on growing kids. in addition, the simple styles and neutral colours are made for mixing and matching, the perfect way to build a timeless capsule wardrobe which can easily be passed down.

all of our items are made by us with great care in our home studio in Perth, Western Australia, ensuring the highest ethical standards in the production process first hand. the items are predominantly made to order allowing us to not only offer a wider range of styles and colours but also to respond to the demand quickly therefore minimising waste and overstocking issues. 

throughout the years, the passion for offering truly sustainable children's clothing rather than growth and expansion was at the forefront of our business decision making. this is why we remained small and local.
