returns and refunds

we hope you love your items, however if something isn't quite right you may return it for a store credit. we do not offer exchanges or refunds. once your return has been received and inspected by us we will email you a store credit. store credits are valid for 12 months.

we offer a 7 day return policy. if 7 days have passed since your item was received it cannot be returned.

to be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

to send your return, please email us for the return address details at info@sunnyafternoonkids.com, we do not accept returns unless you have emailed us prior.

shipping costs are the buyers expense and are non-refundable. please obtain a tracking number on your return parcel, and keep a copy of your receipt or proof of shipment, as we cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery.

the following cannot be returned:
any item not in its original condition or damaged
any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

sale items

we do not offer returns or store credits on sale items.

 

faulty items

if you believe you have received a faulty item please email us at info@sunnyafternoonkids.com within 7 days of receiving your item with your name, order number, and details of the fault including a photo. we will replace the faulty item free of charge, or provide a full refund.

please note that if your return garment is not deemed to be faulty it will not qualify for a replacement or refund.

 

colour disclaimer

we do our best to ensure that our online photographs are as true to colour as possible. however, due to inconsistencies in various monitors, lighting sources and dye lot variations we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen accurately portrays the true colour of the product. screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.
