most goods imported into the U.S. under the Australia Free Trade Agreement (AUFTA) are free of duty and merchandise processing fee (MPF). All AUFTA goods will be duty free on January 1, 2022.
returned mail
in the event that your package is returned to us for any reason such as incorrect address, non payment of duties or non collection, an admin fee of AUD15 will be charged to the customer as well as any return mail fees incurred. a refund or redelivery will be arranged based on individual circumstance. if a refund is provided the amount refunded will be less the original postage charge and admin fee. if the customer requests a redelivery a new shipping charge will apply. we reserve the right to refuse redelivery based on probability of arrival in certain circumstances.
